Course Curriculum

501: Strength, Power and Neuro-Biomechanics

In this module learn how to develop strength, power and how the brain affects biomechanics.

Imagine having the gift to be able to assess an athlete and know exactly how to unlock more strength and power out of their performance. Better yet, imagine how the game changes when you know what your athlete actually needs, is it strength or power?  What if you can see the interplay between neurology and sports biomechanics, being able to create strategies that can often yield instantaneous results for your athlete?

In this module, learn at a Master’s level, strategies to assess an athlete’s current strength and power capability, and then create a customized approach to maximize their potential. Create brain-based applications that increase an athlete’s biomechanical efficiency to yield blazing fast results. Learn from the experience that the research and evidence teaches you and then work in a new paradigm where neurology and biomechanics govern your performance, and you can control it all.

Welcome to 501: Strength, Power and Neuro-Biomechanics. The game is about to change, and with us on your team.. you win!

This course comprises of 2 parts, an online flipped classroom and live training component.

Cardio training. One of the most misunderstood aspects of human performance enhancement.  Is running the best cardio training?  Maybe its 200 burpees in 20 minutes?  Why did you train all that cardio and still gas out when it came down to pull away from the pack?

You have questions.. we have the answers. Learn the most modern and effective methods to assess and train the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems! Learn all the CVP physiology and the tricks and tools to take the breaks of your performance.  Learn how the neurology integrates into your cardiovascular output so you can manipulate the interplay between brain and endurance. No fluff, no guessing, just the in the trenches tools you need.

They are going to watch your athletes cross the finish line and wonder what happened… Tell them next year. For now, enjoy your victory lap.

Module 503: Metabolism and Neuro-nutritional Strategies

Nutrition is another hotbed of controversy, where people with not enough research, evidence, or experience in the field are recommending diets with little validity and even less effectiveness.  There is far too much misinformation being spread, making it difficult to know what to believe when looking to develop nutritional strategies for your athletes and clients.

Finally, get clarity on what nutritional & metabolic concepts you NEED TO KNOW when designing nutritional programs.  Nutrition for strength or endurance?  Eating for mass gains or looking to improve body composition?  Want to know the inner secrets on performance enhancers? (this section alone is worth the tuition!) . Learn clinical applications of the gut-brain connection and why ignoring your client’s nervous system function could be the missing link in their progress.

Module 504: Neuro-modulation of Human Performance

Your brain influences every aspect of your human and sports potential. Understanding the brain and nervous system, learning how to screen it, assess it, and how to bias its function to improve human performance is the future of human performance optimization.  No longer is it just physiology, it has become neuro-physiology. No longer is it just biomechanics, it has become neuro-biomechanics. If you don’t know how to directly interface with your athlete’s nervous system, then you are missing out on the opportunity to have the MOST POWERFUL EFFECTS possible and truly UNLOCK their performance potential!

In this module, you will learn sports functional neurology from the SOURCE!  We will demystify the complex world of applied clinical neuroscience, and teach you a fluid and dynamic model that is effective, repeatable, and able to apply to your athletes and clients right away.  These final layers of knowledge for the Human Performance Program will magnify the power of the previous information covered in the series.   Stronger. More powerful. Increased flexibility. Faster reaction time. Increase sports vision capability. Instant changes in stability. Decreases in pain perception.  All of it is possible.. so can culminates in what the pros call a “flow state.”  Where your opponents seem to be in slow motion and you are 2 steps ahead.

Want to tap into the power of flow state?  Dr. Garcia and Dr. Clark will show you the way.
