This course is designed to provide a  review of the entire nervous system focusing on the functional based concepts presented in the 800 series clinical neuroscience program.  The most important key concepts from each module in the series will be reviewed with an emphasis on clinical applications.  This program provides an excellent opportunity for learners to refresh their clinical knowledge of the entire neuraxis. For those learners who plan to sit for their DACNB examination, this program provides a good place to start your examination preparation

For each part of the neuraxis reviewed you will learn:

  1. Pertinent clinical based neuroanatomy and neurophysiology
  2. Pertinent examination procedures
  3. Pertinent diagnostic criteria
  4. Pertinent treatment applications

The teaching methodology at the Carrick Institute is a blend of theory and applicable skills in the clinical setting. Concepts are taught with supportive demonstrations and clinical mastery application opportunities   An active and conversational learning environment is encouraged where questions are asked and points of view are openly discussed. One’s mind is challenged with the presentation of modern paradigms to create the world’s best clinicians.
