Transcript Changes Exam Eligibility: To assist scholars to better understand what board examinations your Carrick Institute education is preparing you for, starting in January of 2020 we will be implementing exam eligibility information on your transcript to demonstrate which examinations you are eligible for. Credit Hour Tracking: Starting in 2020, scholars will receive Neurology Credit hours for the first time they complete a module. Re-attending a course on-site, via online live-stream or via digital recording will reward scholars with attendance hours, but neurology credit hours or POAs will only be granted with the first-time completion of a module. This will better serve our scholars to reflect the current education best practices and assist with exam eligibility.  Lifetime Access to Digital Recordings Scholars have communicated with us how much they have appreciated having lifetime access to the digital recording during December’s 12 Days of Neuro promotion. In addition, we have received numerous requests to receive lifetime access as it would be very helpful for the courses they have taken or plan to take in the future. Scholars who would like to gain lifetime access to the digital recording and lifetime updates of courses they have previously registered for may be grandfathered in for $99/course with a maximum cost of $1,980. If you are interested in this program, please write to us at admissions@carrickinstitute.com This opportunity to be grandfathered in expires March 1st, 2020.  Technology Fee for 2021  Starting January 31st, 2021, a  $195 technology fee is being assessed to any active online learning portal. The technology fee is a nominal charge that will be used for technology enhancement, website upkeep, and most importantly the management of the online learning portal system at Carrick Institute.  This fee will be waived for scholars who have purchased a new module within the previous year (January 1st- December 31st, 2020) through Carrick Institute. This fee occurs on an annual basis. This fee must be paid in order to maintain access to the online learning portal. Enhanced Security for Carrick Institute Online Learning Portal Starting in 2020, Carrick Institute will be leveraging 2-factor authorization (2-FA) for its online learning portal. This means that when you are logged into the carrickinstitute.com website and click to access the online learning portal, you will be asked for your credentials again and a token that will be available via your phone or web app. Carrick Institute strives to uphold ourselves to the highest standards for online education content, delivery and security.
