The Components Of Interactive Metronome
The core Interactive Metronome system consists of:
(1) the Main Station that connects to a computer
(2) a pair of Headphones for auditory feedback
(3) one or more Triggering Devices and
(4) the IM Universe Software
The IM Station
This is the main Interactive Metronome station
Key Features
- Contains the IM Universe Training Software
- Quickly connects to a Mac/PC laptop or computer
- Calcuates real-time measurement, to the millisecond
- Performs client assessments & tracks progress
- Syncs training to cloud based portal for easy acces
Triggering Devices
- Triggering devices connect to the main station wirelessly or with a wired connection.
- The client synchronizes his actions to the beat called for in the game or by their IM Provider
- There are many types of triggering devices, from buttons the client will press, to foot tap mats and even gloves the client can wear.s
Headphones
- The headphones connect to the main IM station either wirelessly or through a wired connection.
- The client can use headphones to perform their training with minimal distraction and to ensure they can clearly hear the auditory tones that they will need to synchronize to a movement.
- The client can also use external speakers but we recommend using the headphones for the best result.
