- Your video should not be longer than 8 minutes.
- Professional Dress
- Good Lighting
- Good Microphone – Bluetooth earphones work well too
- Consider using an external camera instead of a webcam

Gamifications

What is Gamifications?
- Gamification is a tool we use at events to get the attendees involved with the Exhibitors. We will create games for people to receive points. Once they have completed a task they will see a 4 digit code, they will gain points and compete with other attendees to be in the top winners to win a prize donated by you.
Where do people get the codes?
- Scholars earn points by watching your videos.
- Scholars earn points from submitting their information in a gravity form.
- Scholars can earn points by you as the exhibitor adding a code on your social media.
- Scholars can earn points by the exhibitor adding a code to a website.
- Please let us know if you have more game options for scholars.
- To be part of the games, we ask that provide a donation.
- Gift Cards (Amazon, Best Buy, Visa, etc)
- Product from your company
- Service from your company
- Email of the person responsible for getting the prize to the scholar.
Things that won’t be accepted as a prize
- Raffle entries
- Percentage/Amount off of your product/service
