Functional Neurology for the Muscle Testing Practitioner
What is Functional Neurology for the Muscle Testing Practitioner
Knowledge is power. More information about how the human brain and body works allows practitioners to better understand their patient population. This translates into better diagnostic and treatment procedures. With approximately 6 out of 10 people in this world suffering with at least one chronic health condition, both functional neurology practitioners and muscle testing practitioners have a unique skill set to help manage these patients.
Our understanding of how the brain works has exploded over the last few decades. In this course, Dr. David Traster will review the most up to date research on neuroscience and what we understand about the brain. He will then translate this information into an evidence-based neuromuscular approach of how to combine modern neuroscience with muscle testing. An increased understanding of neuroanatomy and neurophysiology translates into advanced procedures and technology which may be combined with muscle testing for more precision and accuracy.
