Care Plan Development: Construct a multidisciplinary care plan for a live patient, synthesizing findings from each discipline.

Prerequisites:
Prior completion of one or more CI courses within the last 3 years, along with a signed waiver.
Note: This capstone course emphasizes critical thinking and in-the-moment learning. Participants should take personal notes, as course materials will not be distributed.

Dr. Paul Brewer is a leading neuro-optometrist and founder of Diverge Sports Vision, an innovative organization specializing in sports vision training, neurorehabilitation, and concussion management. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Brigham Young University–Hawaii and a Doctor of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry, Dr. Brewer combines his academic excellence with personal athletic experience to optimize visual performance for athletes.
As an assistant professor at the Carrick Institute and a board member of the International Sports Vision Association, he is a trusted authority in the field, frequently consulting for professional and collegiate sports teams. A sought-after global speaker, Dr. Brewer’s work is also informed by his family life, particularly his youngest daughter’s autism, which has deepened his expertise in vision therapy for developmental delays. Outside of his professional life, he and his wife, Kristi, share a passion for outdoor activities and CrossFit, where Kristi has achieved national and world recognition in Olympic weightlifting.
