Additionally, if you are using Gmail, sometimes our email land into the “Promotions” tab.

If it is under promotions, make sure to drag the email over into the “Primary” tab.  This will ensure that you receive all  newsletters, event registrations, seminar registrations, and content from the Carrick Institute.  Here is a support document that explains more about Gmail tabs.
